Fit For Work (2016) Ltd trading as Fit For Work is a merger between Occupational Physician provider Fit For Work, Vocational Rehabilitation provider Work Rehab and Occupational Health Provider OHNZ.

It is led by its two directors, Lenny O’Connell as Managing Director and Dr David Beaumont, Director and immediate past-president of Australasian Faculty Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

Employing over 80 (and contracting more than 200) staff, our fully-integrated team includes Occupational Physicians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Vocational Practitioners, Psychologists, Occupational Health Nurses and Counsellors. Our strategic partners: SGS, Online Lawyers and Instep provide environmental monitoring, Health and Safety and Employment Law advice and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).

With offices across the country, we provide a nationwide service to employers, ACC, Ministry of Social Development, insurance companies, and in fact anyone with a vested interest in the health of workers.
